Collaroy Services Beach Club offers a unique space to host a range of events including birthday celebrations, anniversaries, annual general meetings, Christmas parties, family get togethers and reunions.
The Horizon Lounge and Balcony is available for private events. Overlooking Collaroy Beach, The Horizon Lounge is a spacious, friendly event space ideal for sit down dinners for up to 100 guests and cocktail receptions for up to 120 guests. Cocktail receptions for larger groups may be available on request. The non-smoking Lounge also features a private bar, dance floor and large glass windows providing unobstructed views across the Northern Beaches coastline.

Full Room Hire
The minimum pre-paid spend on beverages for all full-room functions is $1,300.00 on weekends and $650.00 mid week.
Half Room Hire
The minimum pre-paid spend on beverages for all half-room functions is $650.00 weekends. Mid week is negotiable.
HORIZON LOUNGE – function opening hours
Mon & Wed: 1:30 pm – 11:00 pm (bar closes at 10:30 pm)
Tues & Thurs: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm (bar closes at 10.30pm
Fri: 11.00 am - 4.00pm (entertainment starts at 5.30pm)
Sat: 11:00 am – Midnight (bar closes at 11:45 pm)
Sun: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm (entertainment starts at 4:30 pm)
The Horizon Lounge is not available for 18th or 21st birthday parties. The Horizon Lounge is not available for hire on Friday evenings or Sunday evenings. To check if the date you are interested is available please contact The Club.
CLUB MEMBERSHIP
To hold an event at Collaroy Services Beach Club you must be a member of the club. Club membership costs $27.50. We will assist wherever possible. Membership forms are available from Club reception and on the home page on this site.

CONFIRMATION
The room hire plus the minimum beverage spend will be required as a deposit for the Club to guarantee confirmation of your function. VIsa and Mastercards are accepted or please make your cheque payable to Collaroy Services Beach Club Ltd
